Tauranga Private Charter Tour

We can help you with this by suggesting some of the popular things to see. We have a range of vehicles available to suit different size groups along with experienced drivers/guides.

You will need a minimum of 4 hours for a Tauranga tour. A tour would usually include a drive around the Mount Maunganui beaches, over to Te Puke and a stop at Kiwi 360 to find out all about Kiwi fruit. Then on to Comvita famous for its healing Mauaka Honey which  is nearby.

Then back across Tauranga and up to the Minden lookout for stunning views over the Bay of Plenty. Other places that could be of interest are McLarens Falls park, The Mission House and the Cargo Shed. We would also take you on a drive through some of Tauranga's suburbs and the downtown area before returning you to your ship.

Charter prices for up to an 11 seater van is $100 per hour, a 19 seater $125 per hour or a 22 seater $135 per hour. Remember these are a per vehicle charge per hour, not per person.  These prices shared between a group of people makes your own private tour very affordable. 

Example: 10 people for 4 hours total $400.00 = just $40 per person.

None of these suggested places have an entry fee so the only additional cost is if a lunch stop is required depending on the length of time you book. If you book a 4 hour tour and on the day you wish to extend for another hour that can be arranged with the driver.
